About the Role

ABC Teachers is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Lesson Support Assistant to work in a broad-spectrum SEN (Special Educational Needs) setting. This role involves supporting students with diverse additional needs across various subjects and age groups.

As a Lesson Support Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in the delivery of lessons, adapting materials to meet individual needs.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support as directed by teaching staff.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students’ social and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and maintain classroom organization.
