Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with behaviour management strategies to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to address behavioural challenges and promote positive attitudes.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support emotional well-being and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a behaviour mentor or teaching assistant role.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional difficulties.
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.
