Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students
Creating a supportive and structured learning environment
Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff to deliver high-quality education
Encouraging independence and personal development in students
Using a range of strategies to support students with autism and complex needs
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly autism, is desirable
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate learning effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
