We're offering a unique opportunity to become a Learning Technologist with a company renowned for its staff-first approach, providing excellent training, flexible working arrangements, and rewarding career progression.


In this role, you'll work closely with Learning & Development Coaches to manage, track, and update the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). You'll also gather information from coaches, ensure it's accurately inputted into the system, and produce monthly data reports for the company directors. Looking to the future, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and launching new apprenticeship programmes and courses.


The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to interpret and analyse materials, and a combination of creative and technical expertise.

The Role:

  • Managing, tracking, and updating the company's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
  • Collecting and inputting information from Learning & Development Coaches.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly data reports to company directors.
  • Collaborating on the design, development, launch, and maintenance of new apprenticeship programmes and courses.
  • Hybrid remote - maximum 1 day a week in the office



The Person:

  • Creative and technically skilled with strong project management abilities.
  • Comfortable interpreting and analysing materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Commutable to Birmingham
