Attention all PE teachers!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time PE teacher to start ASAP at a Special Educational Needs School in Birmingham.
Tradewind are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated teacher to join the schools' wonderful team and lead PE classes to all age groups from Year 2 through to Year 9 (KS1,2, and 3). QTS is essential for this role.
Key strengths we are looking for in our PE teacher include:
- Experience teaching PE
- Strong classroom management skills
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A commitment to promoting and encouraging physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students
- A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Good communication and teamwork skills
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in supporting young people who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Team Teach training is also desirable.
