Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and resilient educator to join our team, working full time with Primary students (KS1 & KS2) with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviours.

The Role:
Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to students with diverse SEN needs, including those with EHCPs.
Managing and positively responding to challenging behaviours within the classroom.
Leading your own class with confidence, creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Collaborating closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies to meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Proven experience working within the SEN sector, particularly with students who have EHCPs and complex behavioural needs.
A strong understanding of differentiation, behaviour management strategies, and adaptive teaching techniques.
Confidence and resilience to lead a class independently.
