- We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team in Birmingham, working full time with Primary students (KS1 & KS2) who have Special Educational Needs and challenging behaviours.
- The role involves delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviours, and collaborating with support staff and external agencies to meet students' needs.
- Candidates must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in the SEN sector, particularly with students who have EHCPs and complex behavioural needs.

Start Date: ASAP or by agreement
The Role:
Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to students with diverse SEN needs, including those with EHCPs.
Managing and positively responding to challenging behaviours within the classroom.
Leading your own class with confidence, creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Collaborating closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies to meet the individual needs of each student.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Proven experience working within the SEN sector, particularly with students who have EHCPs and complex behavioural needs.
A strong understanding of differentiation, behaviour management strategies, and adaptive teaching techniques.
Confidence and resilience to lead a class independently.
