Smart Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to deliver a range of curriculum subjects to small groups of pupils, up to and including GCSE level. All students have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), and the role requires a strong commitment to ensuring their safety, progress, and personal development.As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with colleagues across the school to create an inclusive learning environment, support pupils with diverse learning needs, and manage challenging behaviour effectively.

Job Requirements for this SEN Teacher role:• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)• Experience teaching and supporting students with SEN and challenging behaviour• Ability to teach a range of subjects up to GCSE level in small group settings• Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, empathetic approach• Commitment to working collaboratively to ensure the progress and wellbeing of all pupils• Ability to create tailored lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
