Are you an experienced in teaching children with SEN?

Would you like the opportunity to work in a well-equipped Resource Hub, with a supportive team?

LTF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a patient & passionate teacher to work within a SEN resource Hub within a mainstream primary school, teaching a small group of children of early years children with a variety of SEN needs.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver lessons to a class of pupils in within the hub. We require someone who is competent teaching students in EYFS with a wide range of needs ranging from Autism, Learning Difficulties, Challenging, Behaviour, PDA, ADHD, SEMH. You will be supported in the hub by a team of experienced Teaching Assistants. This role is offered on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the successful candidate.

Who are we looking for?

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (Ideally SEN specialism)
  • Experienced in Teaching the EYFS Curriculum
  • Have experience adapting teaching to children with SEN (ASD, PDA,SLCN)
  • Strong Behavioural Management Techniques
  • TeamTeach, MAPPA training (Ideally)
  • Must be flexible to work with other staff.
