The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering a broad and engaging curriculum to small classes, ensuring that each pupil receives the individualised support they need to succeed.Job Role:

Teaching a creative and engaging curriculum to pupils with SEND
Adapting lessons to suit a range of learning needs and abilities
Working closely with teaching assistants and therapists to provide tailored support
Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Experience working with SEND pupils, particularly those with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties
A patient, empathetic, and creative approach to teaching
Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
A commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people
