Teaching a broad and engaging curriculum to students with moderate learning difficulties
Creating tailored lessons that support individual learning needs and encourage progress
Working collaboratively with support staff to provide a structured and inclusive learning environment
Encouraging students' independence, confidence, and social development
Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Managing classroom behaviour effectively using a positive and supportive approach

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching students with special educational needs is desirable
A patient, creative, and adaptable teaching style
Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate learning effectively
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
