Sales Representative - Consumer Electronics (Northern UK)

Our client, a trusted British TV brand renowned for its high-quality products, 7-year warranty, and exceptional customer service, is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to help grow and manage relationships with independent retailers across the North of the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a fast-growing brand and contribute to its success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Proactively seek out new independent retailers and commercial enterprises to stock our client's range of branded TVs, aiming to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, offering product training, support, and guidance to ensure maximum sales and product knowledge.
Territory Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North, including high street shops and other relevant outlets.
Product Presentation: Effectively demonstrate the benefits of the product range, including the unique 7-year warranty and UK-based customer service, to retailer teams.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Travel: Frequent travel across the Northern region, including site visits to retail locations and attendance at trade shows. You will also spend time in the office for admin duties, phone calls, and team collaboration.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the consumer electronics, home appliances, or TV sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively across a large geographical area.
- Experience in account management, including setting and achieving KPIs.
- A valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Understanding of retail environments and how to drive point-of-sale success.

- Competitive base salary (27,000 - 31,000, depending on experience), plus commission (1% on turnover achieved).
