Typical Duties will include:
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess flooring needs and conditions.
- Place, measure and record accurate moisture readings.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
- Assist in preparing survey reports.
- Ensure all measurements adhere to safety, building, and industry standards.
The successful candidate:
- Relevant experience in flooring, surveying, or a related field.
- Familiarity with a range of flooring materials, including subfloor preparation, wood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations, specifically related to the installation of flooring.
- Attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Full driving licence.
