Intervl are partnered with one of the UK's leading EV Charge Point & Electrical Component Distributors. Being apart of a global group they are well backed and have ambitious plans to be the number 1 manufacturer.

Due to continued growth they are looking for an Technical Sales Support professional to join their electrification team and take ownership of their internal sales process. You will be apart of a great sales office that have created a winning culture and are all about teamwork.

About the Role:

  • Technically support and collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a smooth sales cycle for customers.
  • Read technical drawing and interoperate them for customers.
  • Guide and consult customers through the sales cycle providing them with technical advice.
  • Process customer orders and raise requests to distribution.
  • Manage the sales inbox and provide a first class service to customer queries.
  • Build key working relationships with internal/ external stakeholders.

About you:

  • Technically competent to consult and guide customers on purchases.
  • Must have an electrical knowledge base.
  • CAD or CAM experience would be advantageous.
  • Have worked in a fast paced Technical sales environment.
  • Be dynamic, willing to learn and eager to progress.
  • Problem solver and excellent ability to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to present.

On offer:

  • Basic: up to £40,000 DOE
  • Company bonus

Location: This role is based on-site in Birmingham 5 days a week.
