What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, electrical wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) - operation/PLC knowledge is a bonus.
Hands-on skills in commissioning, machine calibration/lasering, and toolroom machinery operation - training provided if needed.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, reporting to a Service Manager.
Computer literate with good communication skills.
Full, clean driving licence is essential.
Day-to-Day Duties:
In-house work on machines at our workshop.
Fault finding, repairs, and servicing (mechanical & electrical) on a variety of machines across the UK and overseas.
Machine installation and customer training.
Preventative maintenance servicing.
Promoting products and services to enhance customer relationships.
