Prospero Group are recruiting for an Education Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning recruitment agency, specialising in placing top-quality candidates into schools and educational institutions across the region. Within this role you will be managing a team of Consultant whilst also growing your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants and a Resourcer to achieve team targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with primary and secondary schools, ensuring high levels of service delivery
- Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
- Train and mentor new Consultants
- Conduct performance reviews
- Mentor teams to work in a supportive and collaborative way.
What We’re Looking For:
For the role, we are looking for an ambitious and successful Senior Recruitment Consultant that is hungry for that next step in their career!
To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.
You must have a minimum experience within a Senior Recruitment Consultant role, ideally education or fast-moving temporary recruitment.
We are also interested in experienced Managing Consultants that are looking to work within an agency that offers exceptional growth, earning potentials and support.
