What do the team do?

The Compliance team provides a range of internal technical and administrative support to the wider business, as well as undertaking some client facing responsibilities too e.g. Company Secretarial.

What will I be doing?

As a Compliance Support Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Reviewing client information concerning Person with Significant Control (PSC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Drafting reports to regulators for manager review.
  • Assisting with any internal GDPR breaches, data subject access requests and updating policies.
  • Assisting with various compliance projects and tasks.
  • This role is offered on a part-time basis and we will consider candidates that are looking to work 20 hours over a five day week.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience working in an office based administration role (minimum criteria).
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of literacy / numeracy (minimum criteria).
  • Experience working in a professional services firm would be advantageous.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to use good judgement and initiative under own direction.
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications.
