- Business Partnering: Support strategy development, provide financial insights, and collaborate on business initiatives.
- Business Planning / Reforecasts: Lead planning and forecasting processes, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure business plan implementation.
- Finance Control and Advisory: Review financial performance, manage contracts, and promote cost control and compliance.
- Leadership / Behaviours: Facilitate team collaboration, support staff development, and represent Finance positively.
- Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years PQE.
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders in finance.
- Experience in the retail sector, supporting contract negotiation and financial analysis.
- Strong business development and commercial expertise.
- Proven track record in analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP beneficial.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build successful relationships.
