JOB PURPOSE

To provide general administrative support to teams across the organisation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚· Respond to general enquiries by phone and email

Undertake general administrative tasks including printing, photocopying, scanning, shredding, processing of incoming and outgoing post.

Order and take stock of office and kitchen supplies.

Assist the CEO and management team with scheduling meetings, booking external meeting rooms and coordinating catering requirements.

Arrange bookings for staff at conferences, courses and training events.

Act as a point of contact for office related activities such as office cleaning, fire testing etc)

Organise travel and/or accommodation arrangements for colleagues

Devise monthly rotas for monitoring of central email inboxes.

Assist with electronic mailouts and other correspondence to volunteers, supporters and MPs.

Assist with collating feedback from users of our services and training attendees by phone and electronically.

Maintain computerised records in accordance with relevant internal and external
