We are supporting a client based in Epping with recruiting for a full-time Legal Secretary. The role is Monday - Friday, 9:15am - 5:15pm. To be successful you must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with strong typing skills, and be able to undertake audio-transcription, full training and support will be given. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Audio transcription
  • Assisting and supporting clients
  • Various administration duties as required

You must have an ability to accurately type with speed, plus a professional telephone communication style, ideally with experience in using case management systems. Previous experience with dispute resolution/litigation would be a distinct advantage.
