Key Duties:

  • Monitoring customer accounts’ balances and reporting on overdue debts.
  • To monitor payment plans in line with the credit policy and procedures.
  • Producing reminder letter to chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
  • Regular referral of overdue accounts to the managing agents.
  • Monthly customer accounts reconciliations.

About You:

  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Accounts or office experience - 1 year (preferred).
  • Strong IT Skills - MS Office packages, Excel.
