Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business through outbound sales
  • Manage the target customer database
  • Provide professional and timely handling of customer inquiries
  • Develop a understanding of the product range for efficient customer engagement
  • Process orders and generate accurate quotations
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Follow established procedures for tasks and requests, including logging, processing, and progress chasing inquiries
  • Complete various departmental administrative tasks as required by the business
