The little seafood bar is a small family run business in a quaint little village Hatfield heath . We are professional, creative and supportive.

Here at the little seafood bar we are an ever growing small business . we are very busy and are looking for the right person to join our team . The business has currently been running for 8 years and has a very good reputation.

We currently seat 35 covers inside and in the summer months we seat an extra 25 outside . We will be expanding this January so will then seat 50 covers inside . We would ideally like someone with experience and a passion for cooking and creating dishes. Preferably some background in fish or seafood .

We are looking for someone to execute consistently delicious fish dishes.

Duties;

• Helping to create dishes and seasonal menus
• Completing daily kitchen checks
• Monitoring food safety and handling
• Plating and cooking all dishes on the menu
• The preparation of food ready for service
• Creating weekly specials

We are predominately seafood and fish so ideally you would need experience in that field or just a love for seafood or fish in general . We are a small friendly team and have a small but well equipped kitchen .

We are looking for someone who is ready for an immediate start , we have very flexible hours and are currently closed every Monday and Tuesday .
