We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a privately owned and poplar gastro pub based near Dunmow. This gastro operation is set against a romantic country backdrop, and is a favourite of not just local, but also traveling custom.
The Restaurant
路 Serves a traditional pub classics路 The restaurant offers a cosy and rustic dining experience路 Conveniently situated close to Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Harlow and Chelmsford
The Role
路 As Sous Chef you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every aspect of the service runs smoothly路 supervising and supporting other staff.路 Be a competent and comfortable running the team when left in charge.
The ideal Sous Chef
路 We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated professional chef路 good all round kitchen skills,路 attention to detail and a real passion for food.路 You will have kitchen management experience with a can-do attitude to work and must be prepared to & muck in where needed.路 Will have a minimum of 3years experience at this level. Will be a car driver as this is essential due to location
