- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and post.
- Liaise with energy suppliers to obtain quotations and resolve invoicing queries.
- Provide timely quotations and reports to clients.
- Monitor contract end dates, ensuring renewals and necessary actions are taken.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate with technical teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, seeking new opportunities.
- Identify ways to reduce client energy costs and improve efficiency.
- Compile utility budgets and cost analysis for energy conservation measures.
- Actively participate in business development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Assist with administrative and customer service operations.
- Share company updates on social media platforms.
- Strong organisational, numerical, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Previous experience in the energy sector is desirable.
