Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR.

This is a customer service and administrative focused role and so you must be confident at talking with customers both over the phone and via e-mail. You must also be competent in using IT systems.

For the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, the training is extensive as you will be learning a whole new, highly legislated industry and so the company are happy to consider people with little experience as much as they are to look at people with existing experience.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR may suit a graduate or someone with a year or two work experience within customer service.

THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, are:

  • Taking incoming calls and e-mails from customers
  • Building relationships with customers and setting up their new accounts online
  • Using the internal ticketing system to log customer queries
  • Preparing and sending quotations to new customers
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure the timely set up of new customer accounts
  • Informing customers as to whether their credit application has been successful or not
  • Generating relevant reports
  • Completing relevant documentation and sending where necessary
  • Providing system training to relevant customers via the phone
  • Referring any queries to the relevant internal teams and monitoring progress for solution
  • General account support to customers
