The focus of this role is to ensure our clients Customer Service Team is offering a high level of service to customers, clients and suppiers.
Responsabilities:
- Oversee all customer contact from sales
- Complaint resolution
- Ensure your team provide the very best customer service
- Manage all interactions with customers and supplies and these to be done effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all teams emails, live chats and calls are handled to a high standard
- Provide guidance and trainning
- Keep up to date with currently products and ranges
- Manage staff rota
