About The Job:

As a Administrator, you will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations at all times. You will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and general office administration tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:

  • Handle quotes, enquiries, and orders, both via telephone and email.
  • Set up new customer's details on the computer system.
  • Process orders and liaise with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments.
  • Maintain accurate information on databases, keeping product and pricing information up to date.
  • Manage and update Excel spreadsheets.
  • Attend trade fairs and occasionally visit customers with the Field Sales Manager.
  • Perform general office and administration duties.
