- Maintain and manage financial accounts
- Input financial data into Sage50, reconcile and issue invoices, and ensure up-to-date record-keeping.
- Maintain and update a cash flow and budget master document that senior management uses to make strategic decisions.
- Process monthly payroll
- Provide daily administrative support, including managing emails, handling calls, and assisting with walk-in inquiries.
- Liaise with professional services such as accountants and solicitors on behalf of the business.
- Process maintenance requests, coordinate tradesmen, and communicate updates to senior management.
- Experience: Advanced bookkeeping and accounting experience required, particularly with Sage50.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage50
- Basic Salary - £32k - £39k dependent upon experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch
