Our client are a dynamic company operating within the construction industry, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform job costings to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Manage the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger effectively
- Maintain the Nominal Ledger with precision
- Liaise with the company accountant for financial reporting and compliance
- Handle general office duties, including answering calls and dealing with suppliers
- Prepare and submit Monthly VAT Returns
- Prepare and submit Monthly CIS Returns
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Account Professional Package
- Up-to-date knowledge of VAT and CIS procedures
- Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
