Sales Negotiator - Bishops Stortford
A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a brand new site selling new build properties in Bishops Stortford
New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:
- Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's
- Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development
- Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the developments
- Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite
- Sales Progression & keeping the customer up to date with the completion date and progress of their sale
- Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team
- Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process
- Hosting events
