They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team based in Stansted, providing operational support and leadership across multiple locations. About the Role:As Operations Manager, you will:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across offices, coordinating staff rotas and providing coverage when needed.
  • Be the primary point of contact for operational systems and IT issues, ensuring all centres maintain their high standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer journey and proactively seeking process improvements.
  • Support compliance, training, and reporting, ensuring best practices are maintained in areas such as GDPR, AML, and Health & Safety.
  • Collaborate with Office Managers and the Head of Operations to define and maintain quality standards and documentation.
