- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across offices, coordinating staff rotas and providing coverage when needed.
- Be the primary point of contact for operational systems and IT issues, ensuring all centres maintain their high standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer journey and proactively seeking process improvements.
- Support compliance, training, and reporting, ensuring best practices are maintained in areas such as GDPR, AML, and Health & Safety.
- Collaborate with Office Managers and the Head of Operations to define and maintain quality standards and documentation.

- Basic salary of £43,000 - £45,000 pa + £3K Car Allowance
