The Senior Payroll & Finance Assistant will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects relating to payroll functions across the company. The successful candidate will support the Financial Controller to ensure all key deadlines are met. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and keen to lean, in return you will be provided with a supportive environment to learn and develop and grow within your role.Management of the payroll functions across the business including all year end reportingAssist the Financial Controller with the preparation of Group Financial reportsEnsure compliance with legal, statutory and other regulations at all timesSubmission of all HMRC data and statistical returnsManagement of daily cash positionProducing the weekly and monthly payroll including costing and recharging projects

Payroll year end statutory requirements including submission of P11ds and P60sSupervision of the weekly payrollManagement of the pension scheme and other employee benefit schemesAssist with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts including month end journals Assist with producing the monthly IFRS reportsMonthly reconciliation of the Group inter-company accounts including posting Group rechargesMaintenance of the Fixed Asset Register including monthly depreciation adjustments
