Workshop Manager/Controller£35,000 - £45,000 + Product Training + Progression + Great Company Benefits Bishop's Stortford (Commutable from: Chelmsford, Harlow, Epping, Braintree, Hoddesdon, Ware, Loughton)Are you from an Engineering background with strong IT skills who is looking for a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for the operation of the workshop for a market leading company?On offer is a great opportunity to join a tightly-knit team where you can progress your technical skills with future progression routes to Operation/Transport Management.This family run business have been established for over 15 years and are a specialists in their sector and due to recent success are looking to add a Workshop Manager/Controller to join their team.In this role you will responsible for the smooth running of the workshop, completing tasks such as operating the job management software, looking after driver welfare and dealing with purchasing for the Workshop.This role would suit a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering background with strong IT and communication skills who is looking to work in a tightly knit team and contribute to the growth of this company.The Role:

• Varied role managing the day to day operations of the Workshop
• Mon-Fri office based role with occasional site visits
• Progression opportunities to Operation/Transport Management
