You will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each child.
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Encourage independence and build confidence in pupils with diverse learning challenges.

Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties) is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in education or SEN is preferred but not essential.
