Team Support Coordinator
Full-Time | £30,000 – £36,000 | Remote with occasional travel to Warwickshire/Stowe
We’re partnering with a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation within the education sector to find an exceptional Team Support Coordinator – someone who is highly organised, personable, and intellectually sharp, with the confidence to engage professionally with schools and stakeholders.
This is a brilliant opportunity to support a growing and mission-led team delivering enrichment programmes to schools across the UK. You’ll be the calm, capable presence supporting three senior managers and acting as a vital link between internal teams, schools, and external partners.
About the Organisation:
This charity provides unique learning experiences to young people through curriculum-enriching school projects. With private equity backing and plans for rapid growth, they’re building a strong operational core — and your role will be central to that journey.
About the Role:
As Team Support Coordinator, you’ll be the operational and communication hub of a busy team. The role is varied, fast-paced, and people-focused — perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes while also being comfortable engaging with a wide range of contacts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting three senior managers with coordination and administration
- Liaising confidently with teachers, headteachers, and school staff
- Handling inbound enquiries and maintaining positive relationships with school contacts
- Coordinating logistics, materials, and documentation for enrichment projects
- Providing friendly, professional communication throughout the customer journey
- Offering clear and informative responses to prospective school partners
- Understanding the organisation’s services and presenting them in a compelling, helpful way
- Supporting presentations, collateral, and internal processes
While this is not a sales role, you will occasionally speak with schools or stakeholders considering the organisation’s services — so a confident, helpful, and solution-oriented communication style is essential. You’ll need to understand the value of what the organisation offers and be able to convey that with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm.
About You:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and helping others
- Experienced in a team support, coordination, or operations role
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders like headteachers and decision-makers
- Calm, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities with ease
- Quick to learn new systems and happy to work remotely
- Consultative in your approach and able to speak knowledgeably about the organisation’s offering
- Ideally available to start quickly (though we’re happy to wait for the right person)
This role is fully remote, with occasional team meetings in Warwickshire or Stowe. It would suit someone who’s happy working independently but thrives on collaboration and communication.
