The Role:
The role is responsible for driving sales performance and standards within stores. (6 stores)This is a high-profile and high-visibility role with lots of contact points with senior stakeholders at Sony.You will lead a team of promoters within the area to drive sales, maintain visual standards and deliver best in class customer service. As an Area Sales Manager, you will continuously build and maintain relationships at different levels, with different stakeholders within the commercial partner's businesses and within HQ, and be proactive in resolving any issues and propose new suggestions to increase sales performance. You will be out on the field most of the week but have the flexibility and ownership to manage your own diary with the support of your Regional Sales Manager.
What you'll receive in return:
£27k per annum starting salary + 20% performance based OTE bonus paid quarterly. Company car, laptop, mobile and staff sale access. Permanent working hours: 5 days per week (including weekends), 0900 -1800 (field-based flexibility), expected to work minimum 2 weekends out of 4.
