- Develop marketing strategies in line with company objectives, in collaboration with Business Development and Sales teams.
- Serve as the brand guardian across the business and with external partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with company and group brand values.
- Plan, implement, and deliver all tactical marketing activities, including the annual tradeshows and events program.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI.
- Mentor and support the development of the Marketing Assistant.
- Design and deliver a content plan, including the creation of website articles, multimedia, email, and social media posts.
- Previous marketing experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Lead or similar role.
- A track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and digital marketing channels.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to visit sister sites and facilitate events.
