The role will entail:
- Supporting children and young adults to access the community
- Promoting independence and developing life skills
- Understanding and supporting with behaviours that challenge
- Travelling to and with the children
- Planning fun and enjoyable activities tailored to the young persons interests
What you need to apply:
- A passion for working with children and young people
- Driving Licence (UK) - access to own vehicle (preferred) and business insurance
- 12 months+ experience working in healthcare in the UK
