Location: North East of England, East Coast, and North Yorkshire

About Us:

Nicholas Associates are currently working with a leading construction company specialising in high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Site Managers and Project Managers to join their teams for various exciting schemes across the North East of England, the East Coast, and North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Site Teams: Lead and supervise site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Schedule and allocate plant labour and materials efficiently.
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensure all site operations comply with H&S regulations.
  • Programme Production: Develop and maintain detailed project programs.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with QS: Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Contract Delivery: Deliver project packages within the contractual commitments.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing groundwork's packages on residential schemes.
  • Strong understanding of plots, roads, and sewers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification is required.

Projects:

The projects range from 70 to 300 plots.
