Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Bishop Auckland to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Salary - c£48,500 (inclusive of allowances/bonuses)

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Hands on preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industry machinery
  • Carry out fault finding, repair and maintenance work on plant and equipment
  • Assist with the installation of new plant equipment
  • Maintain and order stock/spares/material
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

We would be keen to speak to Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers who have the following:

  • Apprentice-trained in a mechanical or multi-skilled engineering discipline
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance experience and diagnostics of hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical control systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in heavy industry manufacturing
