We are recruiting home care workers to join our amazing team. Perfect Care is one of the largest leading Health Care providers in County Durham. Established in 2012, we ensure at first and foremost that each of our clients are treated with kindness, dignity, respect and understanding.
We offer shift patterns of 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 10pm, all successful candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of every other weekend.
Our home care workers have the opportunity to make a real difference to people in their community, supporting them at home and in the community.
- Perfect Care workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.
- Our carers travel to the customers own home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Perfect Care.
- The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different from what would reasonably be given by a member of the persons family. For instance, you may be providing personal care and support or domestic support
If you have not worked in care before, it is not a problem. Previous care experience would be advantageous but not essential, as you will receive:
