Essentials:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in subject.
- Assessor Awards D32/33 or A1/2.
- English and Maths Qualification at Level 2 (minimum).
- Teaching Qualification.
Desireable
- Internal verification award or be prepared to work towards one.
- Experience in assessing against NVQ or similar competence based framework.
- Experience of undertaking formal employee assessment in the workplace.
