Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a home-based opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale internal transfer project? We’re seeking a TUPE Advisor to support our client, a Head of HR for the UK, in the successful transition of approximately 185 employees into their corporate business.

This is a support-focused role where you will assist with the TUPE process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. While you won’t be responsible for running the process, you will play a vital part in its success by:

  • Coordinating and managing TUPE-related meetings.
  • Creating and managing documentation following these meetings.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for TUPE-related queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking a strong HR Advisor-level professional with prior involvement in TUPE processes.
  • You should have experience in providing support during similar projects, including administrative and meeting coordination responsibilities, but not necessarily leading the process.

Key skills and attributes:

  • Strong understanding of TUPE processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of paperwork accurately.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
