Financial Accountant - £40-45k - Blackburn/Hybrid

Role Overview:

Ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Support preparation of financial statements.
Assist with various accounting and compliance tasks.

Duties:

Prepare UK GAAP Statutory Financial Statements.
Roll forward dormant companies.
Convert management accounts from US GAAP to FRS 102.
Develop SOX and compliance processes.
Month-end reporting for UK and overseas entities.
Perform intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare audit packs and analyze financial data.
Assist with payroll and annual budget.
Provide support for legal, pensions, R&D, and professional fees.
Conduct UK tax computation and year-end Sage rollover.
Review statutory accounts for small foreign entities.
Prepare national statistics and VAT returns.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Experience:

ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Finalist.
Knowledge of US GAAP and FRS 102.
Multicurrency and intercompany experience.
