** Sales Ledger & Credit Controller Wanted **

We're working with a well-established, community-focused business that’s a leader in its field. This growing Blackburn manufacturer is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Controller to join the team. The role comes with flexible working options and a generous holiday allowance. Experience with SAP would be a plus, along with a background in a manufacturing, stock-based business.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of banking, including bank reconciliations, transfers, and BACS payments
  • Update and maintain essential documentation for individual accounts
  • Ensure accuracy in maintaining customer information, including transactions and payment records
  • Communicate with customers to control, manage, and chase outstanding debt, including the administration of credit limits
  • Generate reports for the management team, including credit notes, daily cash flow, and monthly cash control
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure proper procedures are followed for credit checks
  • Provide support to the purchase ledger team

If you have strong experience in Sales Ledger and Credit Control, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with SAP, this could be the perfect role for you. Credit Control will be a key focus, so solid experience in this area is essential. Other responsibilities include Purchase Ledger, stock reconciliation, and Sales Ledger.
