- The role requires completion of year end reconciliation of Service Charge accounts of varying complexity and size. You will have experience in reconciling large data sets.
- This role will involve supporting the Finance Director, ensuring that all reconciliations are completed on time, and to internal and client KPIs to ensure a best in class service is delivered to all IM Group clients.
- To be successful in this role, you will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills as well as good team working skills and a desire to learn and develop within your role.
- Will have worked in a similar role previously, preferably with shopping centre service charge with at least 3 years of experience.
- Reconciliation of large, complex data sets
- Management of central email inboxes
- Monitoring of deadlines and reporting of/escalation of delays as appropriate
- Liaising with external auditors
- Liaising with clients as required
- Ensuring Service Charge budgets are received and uploaded in line with internal and regulatory KPI's
- Updating control spreadsheets
- Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the accounting department
