What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing the bookkeeping process to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Handling purchase and sales orders with precision

- Overseeing credit control

- Preparing and presenting financial reports

- Crafting monthly management reports, highlighting company performance

- Analysing financial data

- Completing quarterly VAT returns

- Managing ledgers, accruals and prepayments

- Tackling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and general office support

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

- AAT qualification (or similar)

- Knowledge of Sage 50 or 200 systems

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently

- Advanced Excel skills

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
