Are you a seasoned treasury professional looking to step into a strategic leadership role? Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking an Assistant Treasurer to join their Group Treasury team. With a cutting-edge treasury transformation underway, including a cloud-based cash forecasting platform and the FIS Integrity global Treasury Management System (TMS), this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the treasury function. This is an on-site/office-based position.

THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will play a key role in managing treasury systems, projects, and capital market strategies to support business growth.
  • You will be responsible for strategic treasury management, collaborating with private equity investors and senior leadership to optimise capital structures and funding strategies.
  • You’ll manage hedging, liquidity, and risk while ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements.
  • Additionally, you will be instrumental in delivering treasury system enhancements, leading initiatives such as the transition of banking operations in Europe to BNP.
  • You will also maintain key stakeholder relationships, working closely with lenders, investors, and banking partners to monitor debt covenants and oversee global banking relationships.
  • As a senior member of the team, you will deputise for the Group Treasurer when required.

THE PERSON

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional with 5+ years of experience who is currently studying towards or holds a Diploma in Treasury Management (AMCT).
