Business Administrator

I am currently working exclusively with a highly successful and established business, who have been supporting their clients for over 40 years throughout their project lifestyles.

Now looking to recruit a Business Administrator, support to the Operations team, the team consists of 6 managers, three cost centres and many employees / sub-contractors. The role works closely with the finance department to meet month end deadlines.

The role is fast paced but with very supportive Management and a great team ethic.

Package Includes:

  • Salary up to £30,000

Business Administrator Responsibilities:

Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger

  • Raising sales (including WIP assessment),
  • Issuing sales (email and portals),
  • Updating sales trackers,
  • Managing sales queries,
  • Setting up new clients on D365,
  • Framework rebates,
  • Forecast planner
  • Processing sub-contractor invoices and payment runs,
  • Setting up new suppliers on D365,

Emails

  • Managing the centralised DPS mailbox and actioning emails accordingly.

Project Management / Control / Maintenance

  • Setting up projects in D365,
  • Maintaining projects (resources, rates, transactions etc)

Timesheets

  • Monitor missing timesheets,
  • Client approved timesheets.

What we need from you:

  • Experience gained within Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger or similar a Business Administration setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic365 desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and a good team player.
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of personal professionalism.
