What are we looking for?

With a level 4 qualification in a business-related subject, experience of working in a training and development environment and up to date, working knowledge of Further Education Work Placements, including for T Level programmes, you will be the operational lead for work placements across the College, acting as first point of contact for employers. You will work with curriculum colleagues to maximise high quality, relevant placements for students, including T Levels as well as audit, monitor and report on the quality of work placement provision across the College.
